Who am I and how can we work together
Essentially, just as you may be, I am a starseed, incarnated on earth in human form, going through my process of remembering and ascension, sometimes joyfully and gracefully, sometimes emotionally painful, but having processed and released trauma.
Never really fitting in and feeling different (a sign of being a starseed), remembering past lives from the age of 4 and having prophetic dreams and memories of being on Atlantis and other planets.
Any of this sound familiar? Or maybe you are just waking up to feelings like this? That there is more to you and more to what is going on in your life and the world.
I will cover topics on ascension, star seeds and the all-important human incarnation/s and journey on this website and in my social media, but to remember that all of us are unique and experience life in that unique way.
There is no “one size fits all”, thank the stars! This includes how you respond to life and work through it. There is sooo much information out there, and I have been asked how we know what to listen to. I get that and I have learned that our inner wisdom and soul connection always knows. I help people to recognise, tap into and trust their own intuition and inner wisdom. We were born with it as a vital tool to help us navigate this world, but some have lost the ability to recognise and trust this.
I have learned so much along the way on my long journey and have, with the wisdom of my intuition, the ability to feel and work with energy, and so much I have learned from others on this pathway that as an empath I have assisted so many others, just as I have been helped.
I call myself a facilitator, rather than a therapist or coach (although I am both), because You have your own answers and abilities within. Understanding the human condition and what programs our minds, causes emotional and energy blockages and how to release them and rise to live a life we can truly love, is perfectly possible. You don’t have to be anyone “special”, or with special abilities….you are already all that. Its just about remembering.
You are needed on this planet especially through these times. Just by being here and shining your light. You deserve to have everything you wish for and by tapping into the quantum field of possibilities you can bring it into being.

About the Merkaba Sacred Geometry Symbol
Why I chose this merkaba sacred geometry symbol and what it represents for us is for me very significant at the time of awakening, remembering and ascension on earth.
This three-dimensional star is named from Mer for light, Ka for spirit, and Ba for the body.
The top tetrahedron represents the masculine energy and the lower one represents the feminine. The two energies create balance and helps bring us into a higher consciousness. The Merkaba shape is found in nature and represents the creation of the divine creator.
It can open the pineal gland to aid us in reaching our full potential and spiritual awareness.
The merkaba also balances the 2 sides of the brain- the creative and the logical, so they can work in unison, which is where the human is going in the new 5th to 6 Dimensional energy world.
It opens our heart and allows it to lead the way into the new dimensional frequencies for ascension.
Helps us connect with our true higher selves and our connection with Source and our own divine connection as source energy, reminding us of our true power.
