What is Ascension?

You may have already read a lot about it, but essentially, we as a planet and species,
are ascending to a new higher energy frequency, including our bodies. New energy
centres/chakras are coming online and our 2 strands of DNA are evolving back to a
full 12 strand DNA. Our brains are being upgraded as well. We are going to be capable of much more than we are right now. Exciting right?! But that also brings ascension symptoms and adjusting to the new.

How do you know you are ascending?

We all are – as new light codes and energies are flooding into earth and our bodies. You may be feeling to stop alcohol and certain foods you loved you now can’t eat or enjoy. You no longer can listen to certain music, watch violent programs, or be around some places and people.

You find new teachers, new music with higher vibrational frequencies, and lighter high vibe food…and people. You may start being more intuitive, seeing energies and Beings.

You may be experiencing periodic physical ascension symptoms as our bodies adjust. Anything from headaches, dizziness, nausea, tinnitus, flu-like symptoms etc. Doctors have told patients they cannot find anything medically wrong, and then this probably a sign or this adjustment only. My bio-resonance quantum scan can also show this. You hold a probe for 1 minute as it scans your body and shows what is happening physically.

The old is falling away. No judgement, it served its purpose. taught us, evolved us and our soul journey, but now we can open up to new and magical ways of being. We can tap more easily into the quantum field and link with our higher selves to be a creative force on this earth for the highest good of all.

Ascension is about re-membering who we truly are: sovereign beings, powerful light
beings that are multidimensional. As we upgrade and heal individually, we also add high frequency energy to the collective and play a via tail part in aiding others and the ascension process.

As we finally ascend, we will all work together to benefit the collective on the this earth- people, plants, animals, elementals etc. There will be no duality, only love, oneness, compassion and joy. We will reconnect to the cosmos and be a vital part of it. Starseeds come from ascended planets and are here to assist as we already remember this at some level and can hold light and space as it evolves, while others such as the unawakened may live in fear. We are here to transcend this and be whatever part our Souls’ have chosen before we incarnated, as boots on the ground, helping practically and/or energetically. The more of us link into this, the more we help raise the frequencies.

It is a done deal and nothing can stop it now. We are in unprecedented times which can be both challenging and exciting. We are being closely watched and assisted by benevolent Beings like the galactic races such as Arcturians and Pleiadeans, angelic beings, elementals and Source Creator. We can work with them at this time to assist as well.
